We are dedicated to ensuring you receive high-quality products in a prompt and timely fashion. All products are checked thoroughly prior to shipment and ensure items are packaged appropriately for shipping.

Your satisfaction with our company is our highest priority. Store Owner Pamela and Catalyst Amy are always available to assist you with any concern or need that may arise during your online and in-store experience. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We also appreciate feedback—please let us know if there are items you would like to see offered if there is a spelling error, issue with check out, or just need to bounce a few ideas in our direction—we love to interact with our customers and are always looking to improve.


We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) and PayPal through our secure service made available through Please rest assured your information is secured and protected.

Cattail Cottage offers layaway. Please contact us directly via email or phone so we can arrange your layaway plan and set up a payment schedule.


Once your order is received, items are packaged and shipped by the next business day. Depending on the shipment method you select, your item should be delivered within a few days. We will provide tracking information for you to follow your shipment’s progress. We use the US Postal Service or UPS to ship all items.

At Cattail Cottage, we care about our environment and believe in protecting it as best we can for future generations. Since we Go Green, we will often use clean, but recycled packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, shipping peanuts) to pack our customer orders.

If you would like to add insurance or a better delivery option, please contact us so we can arrange this service.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the item once you receive it, or you discover it does not match your home décor, we will refund in the manner of payment or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping & handling charges). Refund/exchange will go into effect once we receive your returned item at our store. After 30 days, returns will be granted but the customer will receive store credit. We cannot accept returns or exchanges 60 days past the date of purchase.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of personalized items unless the item is damaged during original shipment to the customer. 

Shipping for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged during original shipment to the customer. Exchanges on items from our drop shipping partners will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, including Nature Brackets and others. 

Additional Policies & FAQ

We provide custom work through our local artists and store owner, Pamela. If you need a custom creation, whether it is a jewelry piece from Chez Clouchez, artwork from DragonFly Studios, or décor display from Designs by Pamela, please contact us. We enjoy working with our customers to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Please allow 2-6 weeks for custom pieces, depending on the design and material needed for the project.
